Lou Grasser is Marketing & Product Director for Le Monde. She is responsible for print and digital subscription growth, audience development, user experience improvement and CRM strategy. Having arrived in 2015 to develop the audience of Le Monde's website and apps, she quickly implemented new actions to foster the growth of digital subscriptions and thus contributed to the transformation of the company's business model. Today, she is also a member of the Comex of Le Monde Group, a member of the Supervisory Board of Télérama and treasurer of the Online Publishers Association (OPA Europe). She previously worked at Google and Prisma Media.
