The product business is not always known as a fun business: failures, frustrations, mistakes, human problems, stress... To survive, you have to make it motivating. What could be better than looking at the product as a fiction (cinema or video game), and seeing its users as heroes? Any resemblance with real life events... would be perfectly voluntary.
