Measuring the impact: let's be pragmatic
Measuring impact has been a bit of a buzzword for the past 10 years: there is a lot of talk about it, but it is still complicated to compare objective results for all the companies that are tackling it.
Many debates question the tools and methods of reference, the indicators to be respected, the monitoring timeframes... which undermines any attempt at standardization or a common base, and therefore constitutes an obstacle for many companies.
The problem is that, in practice, there are a number of "to-dos" when it comes to measuring environmental and social impact. Céline Mas, Fatemeh Jailani and Julie de Brux will share their experiences of concrete impact measurement, in their various positions as social entrepreneurs and activists, at Singa, or with public players.
