The association La Cantine Nantes is the sole organizer of the Web2day event which will take place on 31 May, 1 and 2 June 2023 at Stereolux, in Nantes.

Use of personal data collected
The protection of your personal data is an essential element of our relationship, whether you are a customer or a user of our services and sites. This relationship is based on a principle of transparency aimed at respecting your privacy in accordance with the regulations in force in France and in Europe, in particular in application of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the "Regulations".
This policy informs you about the categories of personal data we process, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Each form limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary (data minimization). Sensitive data is collected and used only by the event organizer for the smooth running of the event. Sensitive data is deleted at the end of the event.
Ticketing
Our ticketing partner Weezevent is well in conformity with the RGPD legislation. Internet users who wish to rectify their data before the event can contact the organizing team by writing to bobby@web2day.co. You will be able to delete your data stored during purchases on the Web2day website only after the event by writing to the following address WEEZEVENT - Customer Service - 164, rue Ambroise Croizat - 93200 Saint-Denis.
Purchase and contact form
In accordance with the principle of data minimization, we only ask you for the data necessary for the purpose of data processing. This includes your contact details and your professional profile details so that we can contact you by the preferred means to send you information related to the festival or to answer your questions. This information is used solely for this purpose and is kept for the duration of the business relationship or not. They will be kept for commercial prospecting purposes for a maximum of 3 years from the end of this commercial relationship.
In the context of forms collected during a sponsored action, your data may be passed on to a partner only if you have confirmed your agreement.
Speakers
Within the framework of the organization of the Web2day festival, the organizers are led to collect personal and sensitive data concerning the arrival of the speakers. These data will be stored and used on the Airtable platform at least until the closing date of the event on Friday, June 2, 2023, and this for a maximum of 3 years.
Emailing
The newsletters realized by the Web2day are compatible with the RGPD. Indeed, you are registered in our database because you have voluntarily expressed your consent when buying your place or because you are a participant of the event. You can unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emailings allowing to change your consent.
Image rights
Volunteers of the event as well as professional photographers will be authorized by the organizer to take photos and videos during the whole festival. These can be used and diffused by the organizer on the internet (social networks, website...) and any other communication support.
The Customer is informed that the association LA CANTINE cannot absolutely prevent the taking of photographs and/or the making of audio and video recordings by the other Participants.
Mobile application
Your personal information is used to generate your pass and give you access to the physical event and the mobile application. During the festival, if you let participants or partners scan your badge, then you agree to share your personal information with them.
On the mobile application, if you visit the exhibitor's page, click on one of their advertisements, get in touch with them in any way (make an appointment, contact one of their members, etc.), or express an interest in one of their conferences or products, then your personal information will be shared with them .
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience - this is only for your convenience so you don't have to enter this information later. These cookies expire after a maximum of one month.
Cookies do not contain any personal data. They simply keep the language in which you are browsing the site (FR/EN). It expires after a maximum of one month.

Procedures implemented in the event of a data leak :
In the event of a data theft or leakage , we comply with the procedure set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 33), which is to react within 72 hours. We will therefore communicate within this timeframe and in full transparency about the situation. On the one hand, we will inform the competent control authority, the CNIL in France. On the other hand, we will warn the persons whose data have been hacked, if the leak can generate a real risk for their rights and liberties (sensitive data).
