Setting up a restaurant is the new startup ?

After studying Organization Management at Sciences Po Rennes, I left for 4 years of consulting in change management and company restructuring.
Then I changed careers as a manager of the Petits Plisson in Paris: 4 restaurants and grocery stores in total.
Today, I joined the Service Compris team as Director of Operations, gas pedal for food entrepreneurs. I share my experience of reconversion with all those people who also wish to take the plunge.
