Menopausal women are the fastest growing group in the workforce. The last taboo related to women's health, like menstruation, it cannot be confined to the intimate sphere. Even though women are at the peak of their skills and in a position to be promoted, this transition is often passed over in silence by the main people concerned for real fear of being discriminated against, and menopause is a hindrance to companies that lose talent.
